Joel Johnson, a missionary with 17 years of experience in the field, is also a painter with a passion. The two professions aren’t so different when you stop and think about it. Both painting and preaching require patience, dedication, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship. In his time with the ministry, Joel dedicated himself to charity work within eight separate countries, Indonesia among them. Wordless Ministries operates domestic and foreign mission trips, providing teens and adults with the opportunity to participate in the work of the “Great Commission” by sharing their faith in Jesus Christ, both at home and abroad.
